Refund & Cancellation

This policy covers cancellations and refunds for IDM programme fees.

Before the batch starts

If we cancel or postpone

If IDM cancels a batch, or postpones it beyond a date you can attend, you may move to the next batch or take a full refund of the programme fee. The choice is yours.

How to request a refund

Contact us on the number or WhatsApp in the footer with your name, the batch you enrolled in and your payment reference. [[TODO: state the processing time, for example "approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days".]]

The internship phase

The two-month internship is part of the programme and is not billed separately, so no separate refund applies to it.
