This notice explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
When you submit the application form, the brochure form or a callback request, we receive the name, phone number, email address, current status and city you type in, along with which form you used and when. Nothing else about you is collected by those forms.
To contact you about the programme you enquired about: to send the syllabus, arrange a call, confirm an interview slot and answer questions. We do not sell your details or pass them to unrelated third parties.
Submissions are recorded in a Google Sheet controlled by IDM, and access is limited to the team members who handle admissions. [[TODO: name any other tool this data goes into, such as a CRM or an email platform, before publishing.]]

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It stores two small flags in your browser so the callback popup does not reappear once you have seen or answered it. They stay on your device and are never sent to us; clearing your browser data removes them.
